Bills Are in the Mail!
The 2009 bills are in the mail! Remember all fees are due July 1st. Keep in mind a new policy was adopted in the 2008 annual meeting. Any payment received after August 1st will incur a late fee to be added to next year's bill. The minutes of the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Property Owners Association have been posted and downloadable from here.
