Bills Are in The Mail!
Although a little later than planned, the 2010 annual bills are in the mail. As stated in the covenants, assessments are due on July 1st of each year. Two copies of the bill are enclosed. Please return one copy with your payment.
The snow removal fee, for association members who share in the snow removal, is also included on the assessment. Garrett County experienced a record breaking heavy snow this year, upwards of 240 inches according to NOAA(three times the average). This year’s snow removal bill was far far more than years passed. With that, I asked the other Board Members to approve a one-time $1500 contribution from the road fund to help out with the cost. This brought down the snow removal fee to $310 (without it it would have been $445). If there are any questions please feel free to contact us.
